Linocutting

Cutting linoleum is a beautiful process that needs to be well thought out.

Each step has its joys and pitfalls that one has to be aware of.

As someone who loves a good creative process, when I discovered linoleum cutting a few years ago, it became one of my favorite forms of visual creation.

Anxiety relief

A visual guide to a breathing technique I created during the Corona chaos. With the thought and hope in mind that it will reach someone who can benefit from it.

Slowly breathe in the clear, pure air that surrounds you. The air that flows into your lungs fills them with calmness.

Hold your breath for a few seconds and feel the calmness in your lungs absorb all of your fears and anxiety - concentrating them into a dense cloud of black smoke in your lungs.

Slowly breathe out all of the air filled with fear and bad thoughts. Visualize the dark smoke coming out of your nose. You now feel lighter.
